It's that time of year again where it is time to think about switching up your skincare routine. I live in Seattle, where it was a warm and muggy summer, but now it's cooling off and the heat has been turned on in most of our homes.
Using your summer products, won't help you during the fall/winter months, so put away your barely there moisturizer, and break out your heavier weight moisturizer, oils and serums.
Remember, light to heavy always. So, on clean skin, apply oil, serum and moisturizer and sunscreen if this is a daytime application. I know, it seems like a lot, but protection and nourishment is what your skin craves in the cooler weather.
Drink lots of fluids, take your vitamins and be sure to use sunscreen on days when you're outside.
